It Had To Happen. Soon You Could Face An In-Work Benefit Sanction … For Going To Work

the void

ids-anyonecanlivePart-time workers could face a benefit sanction for going to work under draconian new rules which force claimants of in-work benefits to constantly look for more, or better paid work.

When Universal Credit is fully introduced (stop laughing) Jobcentres will have the powers to dictate how many hours a claimant should be working to remain eligible for what are now called Tax Credits and Housing Benefit.  Those without children, who do not have a health condition, will be required to spend up to 35 hours a week either working or taking part in work related activity such as looking for additional work or even attending workfare.  Failure to comply will result in a sanction.

The implications are chilling.  Under the new rules part-time workers will have to attend a job interview with just 48 hours notice  or their benefits will be stopped.  This is likely to mean someone required to…

  1. LOW WAGED OUT OF THE WELFARE STATE AND THE STATE PENSION

Low waged part time workers already face being left out of the welfare state and not getting a state pension for life.

    NIL NI HISTORY
There is the Lower Earnings Level below which you do not get automatic National Insurance credits.

This is hit by the biggest tax avoidance scheme of all, entirely legal, done by firms called the slary sacrifice scheme, where paid in wages and paid in expenses (deductions for admin). By falling under the LEL the employer avoids paying any National Insurance and PAYE tax for each of those employees. A tax barrister informed this was denying the government billions of pounds in tax.

    NIL STATE PENSION
The flat rate state pension for all those with retirement age on and from 6 April 2016, pays out
NIL STATE PENSION FOR LIFE for 10 years or less NI history.

There are other losses, especially to women, to leave the poor in penniless starvation in old age.

    PERMANENT SANCTIONS UNDER UNIVERSAL CREDITS

Council Tax support could be put inside Universal Credit, adding to loss of help with the rent of Housing Benefit and help with food with working tax credits absorbed within Universal Credit.

Universal Credit denies Pension Credit, if either of a couple are below the raised retirement age.

Universal Credit already in use has people informing that they cannot get state pension payout until 73 or even 76 because their partner is below the new raised retirement age.

Then to put even more lack of food and fuel money, Sanctions become permanent under Universal Credit.

Hardship Payments will become a recoverable loan against futurte benefit or wages by direct deducitns fromc ourt action.

THE PARTIES OF THE POOR IGNORED BY THE MEDIA
THE POOR NOW OUTNUMBER ALL OTHER VOTERS

Putting a pencil cross against a different party of the poor’s name and logo on Thursday 7 May, can bring in new MPs with the biggest influence for small parties in UK history into the UK parliament.

The poor hit by welfare and pension reform are now those in work from 18 to pensioners in work (state pension payable if remain in work or lose job to the massive austerity job cuts, with worse to come), now outnumber all other voters in most voting areas, especially in England.

NO SUCH THING AS A SMALL PARTY EVER AGAIN NOW

No vote for the parties of the poor is wasted.

Because the so-called big parties cannot win anywhere near enough MPs to rule the UK parliament, and never will again, to make a government of a single party or even of two parties in a coalition.

Unlike UK coaliton, the European norm of an arm’s length group of parties, each keeping their own identity, in government, is the only way the UK can form a government ever again.

POOR PUTTING PENCIL CROSS IN BOX
    IS NOT ABOUT VOTING
IS ABOUT FOOD ON THE TABLE AND ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD

About 75 per cent of us are now poor, worrying about fuel bills and food prices.

Universal Credit abolishes the welfare state and flat rate state pension are the abolition of the state pension.

The media portray the welfare state in entirely bogus fashion.

A TUC survey shows the truth on me website

On my page Fight TORY / LABOUR COALITION, coming from the second general election coming this year, because so few people will come out to vote in May.

So voting different matters in May because the poor are most of the people now.
